Derwent London PLC - London-based property investor and developer - Completes a "significant" lease extension with long-term standing occupier Adobe Inc at White Collar Factory EC1 in London. Says Adobe has expanded its footprint by 25% to 67,000 square feet as it leases an additional 13,400 sq ft. Further, Adobe reaffirms long-term commitment to building as it extends their occupation in 2038, with a break in 2033. The overall rent stands at GBP4.5 million.
