Dekel Agri-Vision PLC - West Africa-focused agriculture company - Acquires additional 2% interest in the raw cashew nut processing project in Tiebissou, Cote d'Ivoire, funded by the issue of 3.9 million shares in the company. Takes Dekel's shareholding in the project to 54%.
Project is still on track to start production in the second quarter of 2021, at which point it will become Dekel's second producing asset.
