Darktrace PLC - Cambridge-based cybersecurity firm - Deep Defence Sarl, owned by Vitruvian Investment Partnership III intends to sell around 11 million shares in Darktrace through a placing to institutional investors, with a 180-day lock-up period set to expire on Wednesday.
The price per share and total number of shares issued through the placing will be determined at the close of the bookbuilding process. Darktrace will not receive any proceeds from the placing.
Berenberg and Morgan Stanley & Co International will act as joint global coordinators and bookrunners on the placing.
Current stock price: 650.59 pence, down 4.5% on Tuesday
Year-to-date change: up from 250.00p initial public offering price in April
