CT Global Managed Portfolio Trust PLC - investment trust - Enters into a two-year unsecured revolving credit facility with Royal Bank of Scotland International Ltd's London branch for a total of GBP10 million. This replaces the trust's existing facilities with RBSI, which comprised a GBP5 million unsecured term loan with a fixed interest rate of 2.78% and a GBP5 million unsecured revolving credit facility. Both prior facilities matured on Monday.
