CT Automotive Group PLC - Portsmouth, England-based designer, developer and supplier of interior components to the global automotive industry - Says Anna Brown to succeed David Wilkinson as chief financial officer. Assumes CFO role from Wednesday, and will be appointed to the board as an executive director on April 28 following due diligence. Wilkinson will remain with the company until then, in order to support the management of the company's year-end financial results.
Executive Chair Simon Philipps says: "The board is delighted to welcome Anna to CT Automotive. She brings substantial listed company and financial experience to the role that will be invaluable as we continue to execute our growth strategy."
Current stock price: 76.70 pence, up 0.9% in London on Wednesday
