Creo Medical Group PLC - Chepstow, Wales-based medical device company specialising in surgical endoscopy - Completes purchase of freehold interest in headquarters and an adjoining site for GBP4.3 million, first announced in mid-June. Buys Chepstow property from the original developer of the site, Fastnet Property Investments Ltd. Says this larger space will allow Creo Medical to expand its commercial operations and logistical reach further across Europe following its purchase of Albyn Medical SL in July and Boucart Medical SRL in November 2020.
Current stock price: 187.00 pence, down 2.1% on Tuesday afternoon
