TI Fluid Systems PLC - Oxford, England-based manufacturer of thermal management and fluid handling systems - Court sanctions takeover by ABC Technologies Inc, which gives TI Fluid an enterprise value of GBP1.83 billion, including debt. TI Fluid accepted the takeover offer from ABC back in November, after rejecting two approaches from the firm in September with offers of 165 pence and 176p per share respectively. TI Fluid accepted an offer of 200p per share, which was a 55% premium to its share price in mid-September. TI Fluid expects the takeover to complete next week Tuesday, after the expected delivery of the court order to the registrar of companies.
Current stock price: 199.40 pence each, up 0.5% on Tuesday afternoon in London
