Coro Energy PLC - London-based gas explorer - Says the Philippines Department of Energy has endorsed its first 100 megawatt wind project. Says the area of interest is its onshore Oslob Wind Power Project in Oslob, Cebu, which covers a 4,617 hectare area. Adds that the area has now been authorised to proceed with the filing of a wind energy service contract application. The company expects to file the application, which reserves the area of interest, to the Philippines Department of Energy prior to the end of November 2022.
