Coro Energy PLC - Leeds, England-based energy company - Buys a rooftop solar portfolio from the shareholders of KIMY Trading and Service Joint Stock Co for USD1.3 million. Says the portfolio in Vietnam totals 2.39 megawatts.
KIMY incurred a loss of about USD195,000 during 2022 which includes "various cost of sales and administration expenditure which will not be inherited by Coro post-acquisition", Coro adds. Consequently, the acquisition is expected to be both cash positive and profitable from completion.
Current stock price: 0.21 pence each, down 3.5% on Thursday afternoon in London
