IN BRIEF: Cornish Metals hails new South Crofty mineral estimate

Cornish Metals Inc - Mineral explorer focused on projects in Cornwall, England - Reports updated mineral resource estimate at South Crofty asset. Notes estimate is split between lower mine and upper mine. Lower mine has indicated mass of 2.1 million tonnes, with contained tin/tin equivalent of 33,000 tonnes, and inferred mass of 1.9 million tonnes with 32,000 tonnes of tin/tin equivalent. Upper mine has indicated mass of 277,000 tonnes and inferred mass of 493,000 tonnes. Indicated contained tin from upper mine is 3,000 tonnes, inferred at 5,000 tonnes. "We are very pleased with the outcome of this new mineral resource estimate, which shows a material increase in both tonnage and contained tin in the ground at South Crofty," Chief Executive Officer Richard Williams says.

Current stock price: 15.50 pence, up 5.1%

Year-to-date change: more than doubled from 7.0p IPO
