Corero Network Security PLC - London-based cybersecurity firm that specialises in distributed denial of service protection - Upgrades to trading on OTCQX in the US, up from the OTCQB Venture Market. To qualify for OTCQX, companies must "meet high financial standards, follow best practice corporate governance and demonstrate compliance with applicable securities laws". Chief Executive Officer Carl Herberger says: "We are delighted to commence trading on OTCQX and further expand our reach and visibility into the US investor market."
