Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Ltd - UK-based investor in specialist digital infrastructure - Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Management LLP buys 312,579 shares in the trust at 89.4 pence, worth GBP279,445. The company doesn't say when the purchase took place. It is made under the investment management agreement, which also includes Cordiant Capital Inc, for the manager to invest 10% of the management fee into shares in the trust each half year. Cordiant Digital Infrastructure now has 2.4 million shares in the trust, a 0.3% stake.
