Coral Products PLC - Manchester, England-based specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of plastic products - Will make an earn-out payment of GBP1.3 million for its acquisition of Alma Products Ltd, which it acquired back in May of last year. Says earn-out will be paid using its existing cash resources and will complete the payments for the acquisition. Total consideration for Alma is therefore GBP2.8 million. Last year, Coral paid an initial GBP1.5 million in cash for Alma.
Alma is a Runcorn, Cheshire-based company.
Current stock price: 14.90 pence, up 2.8% on Tuesday
