Coral Products PLC - Manchester, England-based specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of plastic products - Announces the appointment of Ian Hillman as executive director of the company with immediate effect.
On Wednesday, the firm announced a special resolution proposed at its general meeting was passed. The resolution was to see the balances standing to the credit of the share premium account of the company and the capital redemption reserve of the company each be cancelled.
Current stock price: 17.00 pence, up 1.5% on Friday
