17th Sep 2021 21:36

Cora Gold Ltd - West African focused gold company - Reports eleventh set of drill results from Sanankoro gold project in Mali, described as "extremely encouraging with good widths and high-grade results in generally shallow oxides ore".

From Selin, results include 103 metres at 2.1 grams per tonne of gold from 46 metres in diamond drilling vertical metallurgy hole SD0023.

From Zone A, results include 37 metres at 2.39 g/t gold from 81 metres in hole SC0531.

Reverse circulation drill programme has been completed, however diamond drilling will continue, focussing on metallurgical and geotechnical holes.

"With the RC programme now completed and the diamond programme coming to an end it is an exciting period for Cora as we move closer to the updated mineral resource estimate. Strong results are continuing to come through in our largest ever drill programme with lots of resource quality intercepts and grades being struck at both Zone A and Selin," says Chief Executive Officer Bert Monro.
