Conygar Investment Co PLC - London-based property investor and developer - Secures Denham, England-based hotel operator InterContinental Hotels Group PLC at its Nottingham Island Quarter Scheme in Nottingham, England. Says InterContinental Hotels will bring its boutique hotel brand Hotel Indigo to the development, which will comprise 223 rooms in total. Hotel Indigo will have 155 rooms and 68 rooms are aimed at multi-night business and leisure travellers in its Staybridge Suites, which will include a full kitchen and dedicated outdoor space for each suite.
Notes this forms part of the latest stage of the Nottingham development, which will include 247 residential rental apartments, an extensive food and beverage area and 3,000 square metres of flexible serviced office space.
