ConvaTec Group PLC - medical products and technologies company - Launches offering of USD500 million senior notes due 2029, intended to be issued by 180 Medical Inc. Interest rate and offering price to be determined at the time of the pricing of the notes. Intends to use the proceeds to prepay a portion of borrowings under facilities agreement dated October 2019 between ConvaTec Finance Holdings Ltd and ConvaTec Inc as the borrowers and National Westminster Bank PLC as facility agent and security agent.
Moody's Investors Service has assigned a Ba2 senior unsecured rating for the note offering.
