Codex Acquisitions PLC - special acquisition company - Shares drop after restoration to trading on the London Stock Exchange. Shares were suspended in May as the company could not meet the April 30 deadline to announce its 2022 results. Codex published its results in July, when it reported an annual loss of GBP237,122 for 2022, compared to a loss of GBP30,315 for the three months to December 31, 2021. Firm had its initial public offering in March 2022.
