IN BRIEF: Cobra Resources raises Wudinna project interest to 65%

Cobra Resources PLC - Wudinna gold project in South Australia - Issues 31.7 million shares, 25.6 million of which are new, to vendors of the Wudinna project to raise its stake in the project to 65% from 50%. The shares are issued at a value of 1.9 pence per share, giving them a value of GBP602,792. Cobra Director David Clarke is one of the vendors via Springton Trust. The trust receives 10.6 million of the Cobra shares, raising Clarke's interest to 35.1 million shares, a 9.8% interest.

Current stock price: 1.85p, down 0.1% on Thursday

Year-to-date change: down 7.6%
