CLS Holdings PLC - London-based commercial property investment company - Secures 10-year lease with law firm Signature Litigation LLP for 29,816 square feet of office space in Fetter Lane, London. Says the letting was finalised at 2.3% higher than the latest estimated rental value. CLS Chief Executive Officer Fredrik Widlund says: "We are delighted to announce this significant lease agreement with a long-standing customer. The deal reaffirms CLS's commitment to supporting our customers in expanding their businesses by providing modern, sustainable office accommodation in attractive locations. We very much look forward to continuing our relationship with the Signature team and wish them well with their future strategy."
