CLS Holdings PLC - London-based commercial property investor - Investment vehicles for the Sten and Karin Mortstedt Family & Charity Trust, which is closely associated with CLS Deputy Chair Anna Seeley, sells 5.2 million shares, worth GBP13.1 million, on September 16, as part of the company's tender offer. The sales represented slightly more than half of the 10.2 million shares repurchased by CLS in the tender offer, which was conducted at 250 pence for a total value of GBP25.5 million.
