Cloudcall Group PLC - communications company that provides unified communications and contact centre software - Notes its shares will cross-trade publicly on the OTCQX Best Market in New York, under the ticker CLLLF, with trading commencing from Wednesday. CloudCall's ordinary shares of 20p each will continue to trade on London's AIM.
CEO Simon Cleaver said: "I am delighted that CloudCall has now joined the OTCQX Market. We've been attracting the attention of US investors and I hope to accelerate this trend by making it easier for them to find research and trade. For any investor that wants to understand more about CloudCall and why our platform is so relevant for businesses with staff working from home, we will be hosting a virtual Capital Markets Day on October 22."
