Cloudbreak Discovery PLC - natural resource project generator, including the Klondike copper project in the US state of Colorado - Identifies 1315843 BC Ltd for the Atlin West gold-silver project in British Columbia.
1315843 BC will spending up to CAD700,000 in exploration expenditure on the property, and will issue 8.0 million shares make aggregate payments of USD325,000 over a three-year period to Cloudbreak. Once these obligations are completed, Cloudbreak will transfer its full interest in the property to 1315843 BC, but will retain a 2% net smelter royalty.

Using Cloudbreak's expertise, coupled with that of 1315843 BC's, we believe that modern exploration applied to this claim group could further expand on the geologic picture and understanding of the potential currently only highlighted by limited prospecting to date," says Chief Executive Officer Kyler Hardy.
