Civitas Social Housing PLC - Exeter, England-based healthcare real estate investment trust - Notes the enforcement notice published on April 20 in respect of Auckland Home Solutions, one of the 18 approved providers working with Civitas. This follows an earlier notice published on August 13 2021 and reflects the continued active engagement of Auckland with the regulator of social housing. Explains the notice confirms the enlargement of the Auckland board with the appointment of three additional non-executive directors. Adds Civitas Investment Management Ltd has worked to support Auckland in driving the operational and governance improvements that have been achieved to date and this work will continue. Notes the growth in rental income and collections outlined in trading update on January 30 has remained the case for the rest of the financial year to March 31. Auckland represents around 16% of Civitas' annual contracted rent roll as at September 30 2022.
