City of London Investment Group PLC - investment manager - To issue 24.1 million shares to Karpus Management Inc as part of its all-share merger with the firm. As the aggregate assets under management of KMI's clients who have consented to the merger is greater than USD3.06 billion, KMI shareholders will receive the maximum share consideration of 79.18 new City of London shares for every KMI share. City of London back in June unveiled plans to buy the US investment firm in an all-share merger.
