Citius Resources PLC - investment company formed to undertake an acquisition of a target company or business in the natural resources or financial sector - Pretax loss in the six months to October 31 widens to GBP340,378 from GBP136,526 a year prior, both in line with administrative fees. Expects reverse takeover of Harena Resources Pty Ltd to complete in the next reporting period. Australia-based Harena is the 75% owner of Ampasindava rare earths project in Madagascar.
