CIP Merchant Capital Ltd - closed-ended investment company incorporated in Guernsey - Agrees to invest further GBP1.2 million in London-based social media and marketing firm Brave Bison Group PLC. CIP investment will be part of Brave Bison's wider GBP6.2 million fundraise at 1.35 pence per share. Investment would lift CIP's stake in Brave Bison to just above 15%.
CIP Merchant current stock price: 57.45 pence, up 2.6% on Monday
Year-to-date change: up 14%
Brave Bison current stock price: 1.80p, down 5.3% on Monday
Year-to-date change: up 76%
