Chrysalis Investments Ltd - investor in fast-growing, tech-enabled private companies in UK and Europe - Under placing programme, reserves 80.2 million shares for open offer, on basis of one new share for every five existing shares held.
Also will target the issue of up 36.6 million new shares under initial placing, intermediaries offer and subscription. Reserves right to increase aggregate size of initial issue to up to 146.3 million shares.
Shares will be issued at 205 pence per share. Proceeds will go towards adding new investments to its portfolio as well as pursue follow-on opportunities from existing portfolio companies.
