Checkit PLC - Cambridge-based workflow management software provider - Sophie Wilson, wife of Non-Executive Director John Wilson, buys 250,000 shares at an average price of 23.94 pence each. The shares are worth GBP59,850 and were bought in London on Friday. John Wilson is now interested in 1.3 million shares, a 1.2% stake.
