Ceres Power Holdings PLC - Horsham, England-based clean energy technology developer - Notes there is some uncertainty over whether a GBP5 million contracted milestone payment should be recognised in 2024 or if it is more appropriate to recognise it in 2025. To remove any uncertainty, Ceres is reverting to its original revenue guidance of GBP50 million to GBP60 million for 2024, down from a previous guidance range of GBP55 million to GBP60 million it had posted in September. It will publish 2024 results on March 21. For 2023, it had reported revenue of GBP22.3 million. For just the first half of 2024, Ceres reported revenue of GBP28.5 million, a surge from GBP11.7 million a year prior.
