Ceres Power Holdings PLC - Horsham, West Sussex-based solid oxide fuel cell developer - Promotes Non-Executive Director Warren Finegold to board chair, effective immediately. Finegold, who joined the board in March, replaces Alan Aubrey, who will remain on the board until September 28 before retiring. Aubrey has been chair since December 2012. Finegold is an investment banker and former Vodafone Group PLC executive. Currently, he is senior independent director of cybersecurity firm Avast PLC. Also leaving the Ceres Power board is Robert Trezona, who has been a non-executive director since IP Group PLC's investment in 2012.
