CEPS PLC - Bath, England-based investment company focussed on the industrial sector - Raises GBP1.6 million through placing of 4.0 million shares at a price of 40 pence each, reflecting a 17% discount to the company's closing price on Thursday at 16p.
Proceeds from the placing will go towards making an GBP100,000 to subsidiary Aford Awards for working capital purposes, fund future acquisitions by Aford and go towards the group's own working capital.
CEPS now has 21.0 million shares issued overall.
