Draper Esprit PLC - venture capital firm investing in digital technology businesses - Chief Executive Officer Martin Davis buys 12,500 shares and Chief Financial Officer Ben Wilkinson buys 3,750 shares, both at 800 pence and together worth GBP130,000, on Wednesday. Davis now has 14,632 shares and Wilkinson 12,225. Draper Esprit on Monday raised GBP111 million for a share placing and retail offer at 800p, saying the funds would be used for new investments. It also said its portfolio value increase by 14% in the 12 months to the end of March.
Current stock price: 875.00p, up 5.4% on Wednesday
