Cavendish Financial PLC - London-based investment bank formed by the merger between finnCap Group PLC and Cenkos Securities PLC - Says Director & Chief Operational Officer Richard Snow will step down from the board on July 31. Chair Lisa Gordon says: "Richard has played a substantial role in our integration and restructuring." Adds: "The Board understands Richard's desire to pursue a new direction and return to a CFO role. I would like to thank him for his significant contribution and wish him the very best for the future."
