Catalyst Media Group PLC - media investment company - notes Sports Information Services (Holdings) Ltd, in which CMG holds a 20.5% stake, has announced the acquisition of 49's Ltd from GVC Holdings PLC and William Hill PLC. SIS will take ownership of 49's live draws product and virtual horseracing brands Portman Park, Sprint Valley, and Steepledowns as well as virtual greyhounds from Brushwood and Millersfield.
