Castillo Copper Ltd - Australia and Zambia focused base metal explorer - Confirms further extension to known mineralisation at its copper discovery at Big One deposit, which is part of the Mount Oxide project in Australia.
The drilling campaign comprised 22 shallow drill holes ranging from 24 to 48 metres, leading to an extended mineralisation, with the best intercepts recording up to a 9.4% copper grade.
Looking ahead, Castillo is finalising a regional induced polarisation survey, covering around 3,000-line metres to investigate several anomalies and mapped gossanous outcrops.
"All systems are go as we accelerate developing Big One Deposit, especially aiming to extend known mineralisation further and identify new test-drill targets. Our two new initiatives are now taking shape, with an upcoming IP survey being planned and JORC modelling now underway," said Managing Director Simon Paull.
