Baskerville Capital PLC - cash shell - Amount of second subscription in Oberon Investments reduced to GBP295,390 from GBP350,945, due to "better than expected trading". Baskerville acquired a 7.8% stake in Oberon, for GBP850,640 in cash back in January.
