Capricorn Energy PLC - Edinburgh-based upstream energy company with assets in the UK North Sea, Mexico, Suriname, Mauritania and Egypt - Says it will now report its results for the first half of 2023 on September 14, due to a "short delay." Capricorn was due to publish results on September 7.
In April, Capricorn reported that it swung to a pretax loss of USD128.3 million in 2022, from a pretax profit of USD873.7 million the year prior. Meanwhile, revenue tripled to USD229.6 million in 2022 from USD57.1 million.
Current stock price: 174.80 pence, up 1.8% on Friday afternoon in London
