Capital Metals PLC - London-based mineral sands explorer - Appoints Richard Stockwell as technical manager. One of Stockwell's roles is to oversee development study of Eastern Minerals project in Sri Lanka. Stockwell spent 13 years at ASX-listed mineral sands firm Iluka Resources Ltd. "At Iluka, Richard held a variety of roles and was a responsible competent person under the JORC reporting guidelines, for reporting of mineral resources for much of this time," Capital Metals says.
