Cambridge Nutritional Sciences PLC - London-based medical diagnostics firm offering health and nutrition products - Chief Executive Officer Jag Grewal resigns immediately, after two years as CEO and 12 with the company. Chief Operating Officer James Cooper is made interim CEO, having joined Cambridge Nutritional Sciences back in May. "In his brief tenure as COO, James has demonstrated a wide range of operational and management skills, and the board is confident he will be a very capable interim CEO," the company says.
Current stock price: 3.40 pence, down 1.5% in London on Tuesday
