Cairn Homes PLC - Dublin-based housebuilder - Completes EUR45 million share buyback programme which commenced on July 3. Says it repurchased 22.6 million shares on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange at an average price of EUR1.99, representing 3.5% of issued share capital at the start.
Current stock price: 186.20 pence, down 1.2% on Friday afternoon in London
