Bytes Technology Group PLC - Surrey, England-based computer software - Chief Executive Neil Murphy sells 950,000 shares for 500 pence apiece worth GBP4.8 million on Thursday. Says the sale is for personal and family estate planning purposes. Murphy will retain 2.8 million shares, representing 1.18% of the issued share capital.
