British Smaller Companies VCT PLC - venture capital trust - Plans to launch a top-up offer of shares for subscription, limited to a maximum of EUR8 million. Full details of the offer will be announced in January 2021.
British Smaller Companies VCT 2 PLC also announced that it would make an identical offer.
