British Smaller Cos VCT PLC - venture capital trust - In conjunction with British Smaller Companies VCT 2 PLC, says that applications exceeding GBP15 million have been received in relation to new share subscription offer launched on Wednesday, in order to raise up to GBP40 million.
The offer includes an over-allotment facility of up to a further GBP20 million. The offer will expire on April 1, 2022, or earlier if the offers become fully subscribed.
Those who subscribe for the first GBP10 million under the offers will receive additional new shares equal to 0.5% of the original amount they subscribed for, while those subscribing for the next GBP5 million will receive additional new shares equal to 0.25% of amount for which they subscribe.
