British Honey Co PLC - Buckinghamshire-based spirits and honey producer - Appoints Richard Day as independent non-executive chair. Day was a co-founder of institutional stockbroker, Arden Partners PLC, where he worked from 2002 until 2015. He is currently non-executive chair of data analytics company Pelatro PLC.
As part of the executive reshuffle, Nicholas Agbo will begin in his new role as finance director, previously at educational publisher Pearson PLC managing its technology content, enterprise architecture and online platforms. The restructure will also see Robert Porter-Smith, Geoffrey Lennox, Mark Gamble and Alistair Wallace all step down from the board with immediate effect, in order to form a newly established operating board which will oversee the day-to-day operational management of the business.
