Brave Bison Group PLC - London-based media and marketing - Buys e-commerce and mobile development firm Best Response Media Ltd for GBP1.0 million, representing an enterprise value of GBP350,000. London-based Best Response was founded in 2009. It booked pretax profit of GBP310,000 in the financial year that ended July 31 last year on revenue of GBP1.3 million. The acquisition is expected to be earnings enhancing for Brave Bison in the current financial year.
Current stock price: 1.78 pence, down 1.4% on Thursday
