Braemar Shipping Services PLC - London-based provider of technical expertise and professional marine and energy services - Names James Gundy as new chief executive officer, with effect January 1. Gundy has been boss of Braemar's Shipbroking division since 2014, following merger with ACM Shipping Group PLC. Notes Ron Series, interim executive chair, to step back into non-executive role. Braemar says revenue in six months ended August 31 slips 2.2% annually to GBP56.3 million from GBP57.6 million. Posts pretax profit of GBP3.7 million, swinging from GBP811,000 loss a year earlier as operating expenses fall 9.8% to GBP42.6 million.
