Bradda Head Lithium Ltd - lithium explorer in US state of Arizona - Says annual results for financial year that ended February 28 are being delayed by the hiring earlier this month of PKF Littlejohn LLP as its new auditors. Bradda Head says its expects be able to make the required filings by no later than August 28, which is the six-month deadline under AIM rules for reporting annual results.
PFK Littlejohn is a London-based accountancy firm, and part of PFK International Ltd.
Bradda Head on Wednesday: "The company confirms that it is not subject to any insolvency proceeding as of the date hereof. The company also confirms that there is no other material information concerning the affairs of the company that have not been generally disclosed as of the date herein."
