BMO Real Estate Investments Ltd - commercial property investor - Reports net asset value total return of 9.1% for year, outperforming MSCI Quarterly Property Universe index which gains 6.5%. "Despite the cautious sentiment at the start of the period linked to the pandemic and the associated lockdowns, the market showed some signs of steadying throughout the latter part of 2020, and a return to greater optimism as the financial year came to a close," it says.
