BMO Real Estate Investments Ltd - UK-focused real estate investor - As at December 31, net asset value per share was 98.1 pence, up 3.5% from 94.8p at the end of September. Says this was largely driven by a strong performance from industrials and distribution but "performance was polarised, with town centre retail and leisure remaining under considerable pressure and offices faltering."
BMO Real Estate says its 2020 total rent collection is at 94%, with rent collection for the fourth quarter at 96%. It has billed GBP3.6 million of its 2021 first quarter rent due from December 25 to date, of which it has collected 82%, compared to 97% for the same period last year and 83% after the same number of days in the previous quarter. "This percentage will increase as tenants with whom we have agreed monthly payment arrangements, but have been billed quarterly, pay further instalments," adds BMO Real Estate.
Current stock price: 71.80 pence, up 6.2% on Wednesday
Year-to-date change: up 18%
